Bansko-bystrická kapela SCHODY sa po viacerých rokoch spoločného fungovania rozhodla pre nahratie svojho prvého oficiálneho debutového albumu. Nahrávka s poetickým názvom BÁSNE AKO Z DYMU vznikla v nahrávacom štúdiu PJ SOUND STUDIO (www.nahravaciestudio.sk), producentsky sa na CD podieľal Tomáš “Hollub“ Krista a Peťo Dobrík.
„Nahrávali sme niekoľko mesiacov. PJ SOUND STUDIO nám poskytlo takmer domáce prostredie, výbornú atmosféru a kvalitnú techniku. Preto sme veľmi radi, že sme si vybrali práve toto štúdio,“ prezradil Juraj Jamrich, spevák z kapely SCHODY.
„Na nahrávanie sme si pozvali viacerých hostí, za všetkých spomeniem napr. Luciu Žiakovú z kapely Sto múch či Michala Hudáka z bansko-bystrickej Štátnej opery,“ doplnil Juraj.
Album obsahuje 12 skladieb. Na tvorbe hudby sa podieľali členovia kapely SCHODY, o texty sa okrem Jura Jamricha a Rasťa Kašiara zo Schodov postarali básnik Jaroslav Klus a Rudo Rusiňák. Album, ktorý vyšiel vo vydavateľstve Hevhetia, už stihli pokrstiť, a to hneď dvakrát, v Banskej Bystrici a v Prahe.
Kapelu v súčasnosti tvorí Juraj Jamrich – spev a gitara, Rasťo Kašiar – gitara, Andy Debnár – bicie a Michal Poliak – basová gitara.
